Proximity
Based in Ringwood. A 20-minute drive to Bournemouth and a 15-minute drive to the nearest beach. Red Shoot is in an idyllic position.
About
Surrounded by countryside in the New Forest, National Park. The accommodation ranges from caravans, camper homes, motorhomes, and tents. There is a choice of electric and non-electric grass pitches.

This campsite caters to families and couples. It is owned and runs as a family business. The family has run this park for over half a century so they know what facilities campers need to have a good time.
Large groups or stag/hen dos are not allowed so you are guaranteed to have a peaceful time.
If you wanted a bit of added luxury, you could choose to stay at The Byre. A luxury two bedroomed converted holiday cottage that used to be a dairy parlor.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on-site, so you’ll not have to leave them at home.
The facilities on site are pretty good too. There is underfloor heating in the shower and toilet block. Something not usually seen on a campsite.
There is a family changing room. A disabled toilet. Baby baths can be hired on-site.
There is an on-site camping shop selling all the essentials. Tea coffee milk and groceries. A bakery and shop are on-site too with fresh cakes and bread each day.
For children, there is a play area.

If you need to keep your bottles of wine cool, there is an ice-pack freezing service.
Nearby you will find The Red Shoot Inn. A dog-friendly pub. The Red Shoot Campsite is behind this pub.
Open from the 1st of March to the 2nd of November.
River Huts
The Bothey and the Drey river huts have been recreated from the original river huts. River Huts have been a feature of this landscape for hundreds of years.
Built by a local craftsman using traditional methods. The River Huts are fully insulated with a fir chassis and warm pine cladding inside. They sit on traditional cast iron wheels.
The huts offer the perfect glamping experience, for anyone wanting a bit of an upgrade, from the standard camping pitch.

Parley Court Camping
Proximity
Situated in Parley, Christchurch. 15 minutes from Bournemouth. 2 minutes from Bournemouth Airport, close to Christchurch town Centre.
Within easy reach of the New Forest, Mudeford and Highcliffe beaches, and Hengistbury Head Jurassic coast.
About
Parley Court Camping is a family-run campsite that prides itself on personal service. The campsite is part of Parley Court Estate.
Pre-pitched tents are available. Choose between the teepee style which sleeps up to 4 people. The Ozark Teepee is suitable for 5 people including luggage. The peak top is suitable for up to 9 people.
The camp offers a shower block and toilets. There are also toilets available from the Golf Course Cafe on the site a few yards away from the camp field.
The campsite is situated right next to the Parley Manor Stables, so there are plenty of horses about. The horses are privately owned. They are not available for riding lessons or hacking. If you wanted to have some riding lessons, there is a riding school just up the road from the campsite.
It is also right next to Parley Golf Course if you wanted to give a day of gold a go you can enquire at the reception.
Parking is allowed in the car park there is no camping on the campsite itself.
Raised fire pits are allowed, if you needed wood and kindling this is available on site to buy. Fire pits can be hired from reception.
The Golf course cafe serves food from 7:30 am and they offer some delicious breakfasts.
Parley is a great area for walkers, many paths can be walked in either direction.
Llamas are living on the farm too, and if you wanted to you could take them for a walk, or simply spend some time in the field petting them.
This campsite is the perfect place to watch the Bournemouth Air Show. It’s pretty much opposite Bournemouth airport.
Because of its proximity to Bournemouth airport. You can expect the occasional plane to fly over during your stay.

St Leonards Farm Camping and Caravan Park
Proximity
One of the closest campsites to Bournemouth. St Leonards is around 16 minutes to the center of Bournemouth. Within West Moores, Bournemouth. Close to a Sainsbury’s and a McDonalds.

Established in 1945. This Campsite has a lot of experience. Catering to all types of campers such as motorhomes, caravans, and tents. There is glamping available here as well as Shepard Huts.
This is a AA quality inspected campsite.
One of the closest campsites to Bournemouth. Known for their sparkling clean toilets and wash facilities. This family-run campsite knows what they are doing, and what campers want.
St Leonards farm is a sociable but quiet campsite and has ‘quiet hours’ after 11 pm.
There are no big groups, hen do’s, or parties here. It’s a great campsite for families.
You can choose between electric or non-electric pitches. Car parking next to your pitch is permitted.
Disabled toilets are available onsite as well as washing facilities, such as warm showers.
You are able to bring along your best friend too, as dogs are allowed year-round.
