About

These yurts are what we would call glamping. Lavishly decorated in bohemium fabrics, they look amazing. Dogs are allowed and fishing is allowed on-site from the nearby Sopley Lake. Every Yurt comes with a double bed.

Even though you feel you are in the country here, being a mere 3 miles from the National Park. Sopley is in Christchurch and so you have the town of Christchurch for all your shopping needs. You also have the village of Bransgore, which includes a COOP.

In the summer you can go strawberry and fruit picking in the nearby fields. There are also numerous two award-winning country pubs in Sopley alone.

In the summer evenings after a long stroll down the river with the dog. Coming back at sunset to sit around the campfire is what most people talk about.

Each yurt has its very own wood burner so you can be guaranteed to be nice and warm. Outside you have covered dining and your very own hammock.

Some of the yurts are big enough to sleep 8. If you did want a party you can enquire to get two of the yurts put together.

Set in the Dorset countryside. These purpose-built yurts are in 50 acres of wildflower meadow pastureland, surrounded by woodland. There is plenty of space and you are not bunched up with your neighbours.

With just 3 yurts and a maximum of 12 guests staying at any one time, you are guaranteed a peaceful holiday.

Bedding and warm blankets are provided. As well as your very own built-in wood-burning stove for those cold nights. Even in summer, being in the forest can get chilly after dark. A courtesy basket of kindling and logs is provided. But if you find this is not enough, there is more available to purchase onsite.

Stunningly decorated, some of the yurts have stained glass windows.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided with everything you could possibly need during your stay, including A fridge, all kitchen cutlery and a stove. There is also somewhere to store your wine to keep it cool.

Each yurt sits on its own wooden decking area with a barbeque, chairs and table. If you fancy sitting around a campfire toasting marshmallows, then you’re in luck. Each individual yurt comes with a fire pit.

The yurts are fitted with solar lighting which automatically comes on at dusk. These lights create an atmospheric warm glow. You’ll need to bring your torch if you require anything brighter.

With all this space it’s a perfect place to bring the kids, endless fun running around and exploring the forest.

The campsite provides a quirky playhouse and sandpit for children. For older children, there is a rustic wooden adventure playground.

The 17th-century farmhouse offers Bed and Breakfast. If you would prefer to experience a night in a beautiful farmhouse. They also offer just plain old camping without the glam if that is what you are looking for. They pretty much cover everything.

This site is dog friendly so you are welcome to bring your best friend along too.

Mike and Andrea are the friendly hosts here and are on hand if there is anything you need.

Each hut comes with access to shower and toilet facilities as well as a kitchen and washing up area. There are picnic tables and a reception where you can hire towels, order breakfast or hire a barbeque.

Private show facilities are available as well as private compost toilet facilities. There is also somewhere to charge your phone.

Sopley lake is home to an abundance of fish and waterfowl, making this a great place for a fishing trip. There is a small island at its centre which is perfect for sitting to fish on.

Surrounded by ‘Pick Your Own’ fields, you’ll get to experience picking some fresh, tasty strawberries in the summer months. You’ll also find seasonal produce from the farm shop.

There are several pubs within a mile’s walk and you can easily ride your bike right into the New Forest, National Park.

The Homestead offers luxury glamping. You’ll get to sleep in a five-metre, fully-furnished bell tent.

In the middle of two counties. Dorset and Hampshire. This glamping campsite is surrounded by the activities and attractions of both.

The area is full of meadow greenery, mature oaks, flowering plants and local wildlife. There is plenty of space between tents too, so you get some privacy.

Linen, duvets and pillows are supplied along with the double bed. You’ll need to bring your own towels as well as cooking equipment.

Many local shops are within easy reach, a bus service nearby and local pubs. Very close to Alice in Wonderland Adventure Park.

To keep you warm in the evenings there is electric heaters supplied and a kettle. Lighting is with electric lanterns and fairy lights. Power sockets are available to charge phones.

Catering only to families. No stag dos or parties. this glamping campsite is very peaceful. Dogs are not allowed, unfortunately.

Each Bell Tent comes fully equipped with a double bed and 2 single fold-out sofa beds. Cosy fairy lights around the tent a coffee table and crockery. All bed linen is provided. Electricity included.

Catering to families, romantic stays and quiet groups of friends. Everything is silent after 11 pm.

Each bell tent is furnished and has one raised double bed and two singles. Bedding is available to hire.

Each tent has a fire pit to sit around each evening and roast marshmallows. The campsite is close to many stunning walks and with easy reach to a number of beaches.

The Stour Valley and river goes right past the campsite and it can be walked in either direction.

The bell tents fit four and have solar energy lighting which automatically comes on at dusk. The solar lights are outside and are pre-erected for your arrival.

Every tent is fully carpeted and furnished with: Mirrors, tables and chairs and interior lighting.

Dogs are allowed and up to two dogs are welcome. This is a great place for long dog walks along the river.

Fires are allowed and there is a communal barbeque, water is available onsite.

Check-in times are 3 pm every day.

This campsite is well equipt and in a lovely location, you’ll get to stay in a purposely erected Safari tent

You have all the amenities you could possibly need here. There is a family shower room, clean toilets and a washing up and laundry facility.

The tent comes with all the necessary essentials. For the kids, there is a games room with snooker and board games and a children’s play area.

This campsite is right in the middle of the New Forest, so you have many attractions to visit, it’s also close to a number of beaches.

There are some great walks to be had all around this area.

Being near Verwood you have all the shops you need to keep you going, and it’s also close to other small towns such as Christchurch and Ringwood.

The glamping tents sleep up to six people and include a double bed, a triple bed and a pull-out bed.

There is a kitchen, dining and living area with a veranda. Full use of the campsite is allowed including all the cleaning facilities.

There is free wifi at the camp so you have no worries about keeping in touch with the world.
