SandFest is held on Sandbanks beach in Poole, Dorset. Sandbanks beach is famous for its golden soft sand and stunning views. Sandbanks are also famous for their multi-million-pound properties and ‘millionaires row’. Sandbanks are one of the most expensive places in the world to live. Many celebrities live in Sandbanks.

SandFest is held on Sandbanks beach in front of millionaires row. SandFest is held between the beach mile markers 9 and 13. The entrance can be found on Sandbanks promenade between Sandbanks beach and Sandbanks car park.

What to wear to SandFest
SandFest is held on the beach, so comfortable footwear is a must. You won’t be able to walk on the sand in heels. Sunscreen is also a must, it gets very hot on Sandbanks beach in the summer and the sun’s rays are very strong even if it’s a cloudy day. The sun’s rays can penetrate through the clouds so don’t think that because it’s cloudy you won’t get burnt or suffer from sunstroke. The dress code is fairly relaxed and casual so shorts are a good choice.

SandFest entry time
The events start at noon 12 pm and finish at 10 pm. The last let-in time is 8 pm.
SandFest last entry time
The cut of time for entry is 8 pm. If anyone tries to get in after this time they will not be allowed. The time for re-entry is until 7 pm.
Am I allowed to take drinks into SandFest?
You are not allowed to bring any liquid to the festival. There is a bar on-site that will require ID to purchase alcohol from. You are allowed to bring empty, plastic 500ml bottles to the festival, which you can fill up with water when you arrive. Metal bottles will not be allowed.
